Vice President Of PmoFlex 2013 - 2018Austin, Texas, UsHead of PMO (2013-2018-San Jose, California) – Scope of duties consisted of preparing and managing a $225 million annual budget designed to align with a multi-year strategic plan for a global organization with than 4,500 IT employees.► As the liaison between IT and engineering, defined the vision and managed the implementation of Planview in 6 weeks, which ultimately integrated 30 design centers, 15 IT functions, 3,500 engineers and recovered more than $10 million from customers. ► On special assignment from CIO, led the program management effort to replaced legacy phone systems (PBX) across 10 sites, replaced end-of-life network switches for 50 sites, and managed the logistics of shipping from US through customs to 10 different countries managing and allocating resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and establishing and monitoring.
