Having been in leadership for about six years, I've developed good communication and networking skills and have been able to raise return on capital to about thirty percent. I just finished a program where I got certified as a Founder under African Leadership Xperience (ALX). I learned so many skills In both leadership, finance, and business. My experience in sales has also taught me how to relate with individuals from various backgrounds and learn from our strengths rather than point at weaknesses. I've also done a lot of volunteer jobs, especially for-profit and non-profit organizations where I've learned to serve and cultivate positive value for both my team members and my superiors and I intend to bring in all the experiences I've gotten to the Organizations especially NGOs
