Progressed from an administrative to a technical role, specializing in advanced Google Sheets and Google Apps Script functions:● Developed operational systems, including an executive dashboard and an improved Applicant Tracking System (ATS), onboarding tracker, and employee count calculator in Google Sheets.● Automated processes using Google Apps Script, including the "TTS Micropurchase Bot", making it easier for both customers and service providers to process thousands of requests for training, software, equipment, and other services each year.● Facilitated stakeholder discussions on the design and procurement of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.● Assisted with research for a few of TTS' 10x projects, including an initiative to make complex economic data more available and understandable for individuals and small entities without deep statistical knowledge.● Conducted, organized, and synthesized user research for the redesign of the Federal Election Commission's (FEC) website.● Oversaw the organization's compliance with federal and GSA travel policies-- providing customer service in this area while also making time to advance on other project-based work.● Coordinated two different office moves as a change champion as the TTS team both grew and merged into the larger FAS organization, and then later moved to a remote-first environment.

Wore multiple hats, serving in 3 principal capacities: administrative, pedagogical, and technical.Nearly all duties were conducted in French.Administrative:● Strived to ensure the viability of a student computer lab at a public school in one of the world's poorest countries.● Oversaw the expansion of the school IT program thanks to a gift of 32 computers and a $4,000 grant.● Involved the community in the further expansion and sustainability of the school IT program by selling computers, accessories and computer repair services, with a profit of $3,700 reinvested in the program.● Accounted for grants and all other computer-lab related revenue, totaling approximately $24,600.● Recruited, interviewed, trained, and provisionally hired 8 new teachers.Pedagogical:● Taught 149 students over 2 years; trained and supervised 5 part-time teachers who taught 104 students over one school year and a summer.● Updated lesson plans for the introductory IT course to reflect the upgrade from Windows XP/Office 2003 to Windows 7/Office 2010.● Integrated the introductory IT course with the 10th grade curriculum to promote critical thinking and online research skills.● Developed a “Level II” IT course focused on Word, Excel and PowerPoint, integrating the study of the scientific method and statistics.● Led a group of 16 student volunteers in the upkeep of the computer lab while giving them a practical class in computer maintenance.Technical:● Managed and maintained the school network of 44 computers running Windows 7.● Installed and managed a SAMBA fileserver for classroom use: first using Fedora 8, later switching to Lubuntu 14.04.● Cabled and configured 2 internet connections split over the school’s local network.● Repaired or oversaw the repair of over 100 client computers as part of the ongoing fundraiser.● Configured iTalc and Cybera on all classroom computers to moderate student use; used Access database integrated into Cybera to manage day-to-day finances.
