• Performs qualification, preventive maintenance and major repair of various test handlers such as Multitest 9308 and Multitest 9320. • Perform temperature calibration of handler at -40’c to 125’c using thermocouple, RTD and temperature profiler.• Handler Support Group for Multitest 9308 and MT9320.• Enhances handler performance by improving mechanical parts to obtain optimum result.• Immediately response to the need of production in major and minor repair on machine related issues such as handler jamming and breaks down to produce quality output and meet delivery as planned.• Supervise/assist during Audit Activities.• In charge of endorsement to next shift regarding problem related issues from my shift.

• Provide technical support for Customers, Engineers and Manufacturing.• Providing customers support on Parts and Equipment.• Providing customer training.• Work with Engineering and Manufacturing groups to develop and implement corrective action.

• Perform set-up, conversion and calibration on KNS 1488 Turbo and Plus wire bonder models.• Troubleshoot and repair various problems that occurs during bonding.
