• Led and managed the establishment of the office of the new post settlement governance entity (PSGE) Ngā Tāngata Tiaki o Whanganui, and priorities of the initial trustees within required timeframes.
• Developed and facilitated transition of entities (Whanganui River Māori Trust Board, Pakaitore Trust, Te Whiringa Muka Trust) to the Ngā Tāngata Tiaki o Whanganui.
• Developed organisational and governance strategies, and policies, financial policies and organisational plans to support the establishment of Ngā Tāngata Tiaki o Whanganui.
• Developed and managed the Te Awa Tupua engagement and communications strategy to empower, engage and inform ngā uri o Te Awa Tupua of Te Awa Tupua settlement progress

• Led successful bid to scope and design the Te Tuapapa o Te Arawa Cultural framework as part of the Rotorua Te Arawa Lakes Restoration Programme. This supports Te Arawa give effect to their kaitiakitanga o nga roto o Te.
• Facilitated and held hui with Te Arawa whānau, hapu and iwi to seek input, guidance on Te Arawa values to formulate an appropriate framework.
• Successfully completed and published Te Tuapapa o Te Arawa Cultural Framework publication.
