I love what I do. I am passionate about walking along side clients as they work towards healing, freedom, and personal growth. My specialties include Trauma, Eating Disorders, Body Image, and various women's issues. - I am a speaker and consultant. I consider it a high honor every time an organization, company, non profit, school, etc invites me to speak or teach at their various events/workshops.
