As the VP of National Sales, I oversaw a $875M budget with 223 branch locations and led over 450+ multi-disciplinary employees toward professional and revenue growth. I led the five-state, western region in strategic planning and $175M sales revenue within 36 branch locations while supporting 21 direct reports in sales and operations. Recruiting and developing key team members and nurturing vendor relationships were integral to the role.I am most proud of spearheading cultural unity among the sales and operations staff through creating shared goals and accountability. I also drove out inefficient, legacy processes which increased customer satisfaction and the company’s bottom line.From these efforts, in a mature region, sales organically increased by 28% and EBITDA by 87%.

In my role as National Project Manager, I led a compliance project for California’s new air quality mandate touting proprietary waterborne technology. ⟶ I converted 1,000 existing, California-based customers with less than 1% erosion.Originally designed as a state project, I launched and created a national market strategy without the support of a government mandate. ⟶ I brought in $39.8M new revenue through 800 new customers by capitalizing on an environmentally conscious marketing strategy and utilizing my own sphere of influence.This position prepared me for my executive roles by sharpening my sales skills and fluency in market development.

As District Sales Manager for Los Angeles and Orange counties, I managed sustainable sales and operating income in addition to a 15-member sales team.
