· Director, Commander’s Action Group. I was responsible for coordinating the formulation of strategic communications and objectives for special operations across the Pacific. I also served as the operational advisor to the commander and coordinated his preparation for all interagency and international partner engagements.· Team Lead, Military Liaison Element-Philippines. I led a 112-person organization embedded with Filipino Military and Law Enforcement organizations spread across the Philippines. I also served as the special operations advisor to the U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines while executing U.S. counter terrorism policy.

· Executive Officer, 1st Special Forces Group. Chief of Staff for a 2400-soldier organization conducting special operations globally. My primary responsibilities included the sustainment of operations and activities, management of assigned personnel, maintenance of organizational property and leading all staff activities in support of the commander’s priorities.· Task Force Commander, Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines. Led and coordinated all special operations activities as U.S. Special Operations Soldiers were integrated into Philippine Counter Terrorism Organizations to develop persistent partnership for future operations. In response to Super Typhoon Hayan, I led a small team charged with organizing and enabling international relief efforts and integrating them into Filipino relief infrastructure. I was recognized by the President of the Philippines and Director for UN Relief for developing a comprehensive plan and building a highly capable relief team of providers from seven countries and over 30 relief organizations.· Operations Officers, 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group. Team lead for the operational planning and execution of organization operations and activities. I was responsible for the organizational training and sustainment activities in garrison and directing all operations and activities in combat.· Company Commander, A Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group. I planned, organized and led the expansion of civil and military authority across the entirety of Northern Afghanistan through the recruitment and training of 1800 local police, creating a legitimate security force to spread peace and security through a war-torn region.

· Chief, Plans Officers, 2nd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group. I led future operations staff planning and coordination for training and operational activities and operations as well as force modernization procurement and training.· Commander, Battalion Rear Detachment. I led all support and sustainment activities for an 800-soldier organization deployed to multiple theaters across the Pacific and Middle East.· Commander, Special Forces Operational Detachment. Team Leader for a 12-man special operations organization conducting operations and activities in remote and high-risk environments most often with partner nation special operations forces. I was honored to receive the General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award, presented to the top junior officer in all of Army Special Operations Command for excellence in leadership.· Executive Officer, Special Forces Company. Deputy commander and lead planner and supervisor for all organization training and deployment activities to include training management, budget, sustainment and personnel administration. I planned and supervised a 3-month rigorous training program for the 140-soldier organizations first combat deployment. I also supervised the sustainment of six remotely located teams spread between the Hindu Kush and Tora Bora Mountains of Afghanistan.

· Executive Officer, Headquarters Troop and Reconnaissance Troop. I directed, coordinated and supervised the Troop’s activities to include staff training, staff actions and achievement of the commander’s objectives. I also supervised the material readiness and property accountability for the organization in excess of $50 million.· Platoon Leader, Reconnaissance Troop, Scout Platoon and Armor Platoon. As a junior officer, I was responsible for the platoon’s readiness, training and employment for tactical operations. I supervised the training and development of up to 30 assigned personnel and the maintenance and accountability of equipment worth over $10 million.
