Leads Coast Guard efforts to meet Congressional & Department of Homeland Security mandates to support all CG positions w/ manpower studies to justify current work force size & future resource requests. Supervises eight active duty and civilian analysts to apply objective, standardized staffing logic to conduct manpower analyses (MRA) & execute contracted analyses via $I SM Blanket Purchase Agreement. Transforms mission requirements into manpower requirements to identify the number of personnel & skills needed to meet mission requirements. Informs Coast Guard wide resource decisions & allocation of human capital. Develops & manages policy and doctrine to guide the Manpower Requirement Determination process. Primary office representative on many integrated product teams to inform organizational change & shape emerging capabilities.

Deputy Office Chief was responsible for daily operation, strategic direction, well-being, & administrative requirements for 30 Active Duty & civilian personnel. Developed metrics, directed analysis, & established program targets to support Coast Guard strategic goals for four of the Coast Guard's eleven statutory missions. Led policy review & performance reporting for internal/external stakeholders. Served as Maritime Law Enforcement office representative to Global Force Management Board (GFMB) to guide resource apportionment of over 25% of all Coast Guard operational assets (ships, boats, deployable special force units, & aircraft). Developed and executed $3.4M budget, oversaw $IM seized-asset reimbursement fund & Freedom of Information program in support of law enforcement initiatives. Served as Leadership & Diversity Advisory Council Chair (LDAC) for 75 member council which served over 2000 personnel by developing leadership competencies and promoting diversity awareness across one of Coast Guard's largest directorates.

Commanding Officer of 154' Coast Guard Cutter conducting counter drug, alien migrant interdiction operations and search and rescue with crew of 24. Transitioned first ship of its kind from design to operations.
