Responsible for growing a worldwide, open source business based on monthly attainment of subscription software bookings as well as training/consulting bookings. Implemented a high volume business model based on linking e-marketing with direct sales in a frictionless sales cycle. Grew the bookings over 100% year over year while opening up worldwide sales and partnerships in US, EMEA, APAC. Set the company up for a successful exit and acquisition into VMware.
