About Herby Bowman

Mr. Bowman has been successfully growing well known brands for decades. In the mid-90’s working with hospitality companies like Wyndham Hotels and Choice Hotels, he contributed to the growth of many hospitality franchise systems. Executing more than 100 hotel franchise deals, Mr. Bowman has helped brands like Comfort Inn, Sleep Inn, Days Inn, WoodSpring Suites, MainStay Suites, and more grow into the ubiquitous names they are today. June, 2019 brought new challenges for Mr. Bowman in the self-storage sector, when he was recruited to help spark the growth of Public Storage's newly created Third-Party Management Platform. In late 2021, Mr. Bowman joined Store Space Self Storage, to guide their growth and development efforts in 3rd Party Management and Strategic Partnerships. After signing more than 20 deals for Store Space, in September of 2023, Mr. Bowman was tapped to lead the Third-Party Management growth efforts of StorageMart & Manhattan Mini Storage.
