I retired from EY in August 2022, previously I served as the Office Managing Partner for the New York City office of Ernst & Young LLP, where I was responsible for the overall client service and internal management of the EY US member firm’s headquarters and largest office in New York City, as well as the office in Hoboken, New Jersey and two wavespace™ locations in Manhattan.I am a passionate leader, focused on cultivating a culture of care and belonging, so people can thrive both personally and professionally. I am also committed to driving an equitable and inclusive post-pandemic economic recovery across the New York City area.Prior to being the NY OMP, I served as the EY Global Private Equity Leader, where I teamed with leadership across regions, service lines and sectors to build solutions and drive quality service for private equity funds and their portfolio companies. I also served as EY Americas Strategic Growth Markets Leader, overseeing a global network of professionals that advises growing and ground-breaking companies around the world.With more than 30 years of experience, I am a true believer in authentic leadership and am committed to championing diversity, equity, and inclusiveness at EY and beyond. I am also passionate about entrepreneurship and am involved with the Entrepreneur Roundtable Accelerator in NYC. I serve on the board for YMCA of Greater New York and Roundabout Theatre Company. I am also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and Economic Club of NY. In 2021, I received the Accounting Alumnus of the Year award from my alma mater, St. John Fisher College, as well as the 2021 Leadership Award from Junior Achievement New York.
