I am 1/2 first generation American who as a young Man studied and practice countless hours and performed all genres of Music sharing my knowldege and experience even now as i have aged with the youth and older performers who I can help. I have had many challenges on my journey of life and they have made me strong.. I continue to discover many eclectic interests and cultures and my goal is to make people smile.. I love Music and Music loves me !!As a youngman I studied Jazz Vibraharp and Jazz Drums with Charles Alden.. I was laying in Jazz Clubs in and around Boston including Storyville, The Stables, Wally's Paradise Inn and many others.. At age 17 I started my New England Conservatory Studies with Everett Vic Firth who was responsible for my having full scholarship.. I started to play in the NEC Orchestra and enjoyed Symphony and Chamber Music performing.. Singing in the Chorus was marbelous traing in solfegio..I played Tympani in The Cambridge Civic Symphony at Sanders THeater on the Harvard Campus and then was Tympanist with The Springfield Symphony a fine Orchestra of students from NEC and Julliard as well as other fine schools of Music. At age 18 I was first on call with the Boston Symphony Orchestra under Maestro Charles Munch playing beside my Teacher Vic Firth. To be continued..
