Responsible for providing construction support for MEP systems and will oversee the balancing, commissioning and validation certification of these systems. Help superintendents and project managers resolve technical and operational problems with MEP systems. Full involvement in the entire preconstruction and construction process. Manage the owner-architect interface and planning and installation for HVAC, controls, plumbing, process piping, and fire protection design/construction coordination. Help ensure customer, architect, and subcontractor expectations are exceeded

Manage contractors through the design build process of data centers by conducting Quality Assurance inspections of both electrical and mechanical equipment during the construction and commissioning processes.

Develop Commissioning Plan, Commissioning Report, Functional Test Procedures and Integrated System Test to validate the data center has been design per the owner's OPR. Agent used the Basis of Design (BOD), submittal and specification as a base line for developing all documents to validate the data center construction and commissioning process.

Conducted startup of UPS systems, Static Transfer Switches and DC Plants. Respond to trouble call on down unit and resolve the issue in a timely manner to get the protective system back online to support the customer's critical load.
