As an Assistant Manager for Production and Integration in the field of satellite communications, main responsibility is to oversee the process of developing, manufacturing, and integrating satellite communication systems.Leading a team of Engineers and Technicians to ensure efficient production and integration of satellite communication hardware and software. This includes coordinating with different departments, such as engineering, testing, and quality control, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.Also involves collaborating with vendors and suppliers to source the necessary components and equipment required for production.Additionally, will oversee the integration of satellite communication systems particularly on maritime communications. This may involve working closely with Project owners to understand their requirements and customizing the products accordingly.Responsible for quality assurance and risk management, ensuring that all production and integration processes meet the required standards and regulations.
