About Herbert Cole, Lpc

I work with clients to address their issues around depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, performance anxiety, and anger management. In addition, I provide pre-marital, marital, and relationship counseling to help couples resolve relationship difficulties, learn to embrace compromise, improve communication skills,increase intimacy, and strengthen commitment. I describe my personal approach to counseling and therapy as client-centered, integrative and solution focused.My therapeutic approaches include attempt Short Term solution focused counseling, cognitive behavioral therapies, Psychodrama, Brainspotting, Heart-centered Hypnotherapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques. Brainspotting, Heart Centered Hypnotherapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques are effective therapeutic tools for treating psychological, emotional, spiritual,physical conditions. These therapeutic modalities facilitate direct, powerful, focused states that release core sources of emotional/body pain.
