Evaluate PPAP submissions, CMM Programming (FARO & LK DMIS)

Responsible for all CMM programming using a Cimcore Romer with PowerINSPECT 4.230 as well as measurements with micrometers, indicators and other various gauges. Inspection activities include verification, calibration and tracking of all fixtures and gauges used within the production facility. Gauge R&R, PPAP inspections and reports.

Contract position Dimensional Inspection of exterior assemblies using FARO Arm CMM with CAM2 4.0 software. Defined nominals from CAD files and blueprints. Performed gauge R&R studies. Maintained records of gauge R&R studies and Measured data using SPC graph and Microsoft excel.

Testing of automotive seating components and assemblies according to test specifications and procedures. Tests include jounce & squirm test set-up and monitoring, seating systems H-point measurements, seating systems efforts tests, and seat components and full assemblies durability testing.
