• Responsible for marketing the Company’s proprietary software Pacesetter®. Pacesetter is a project management software that manages major Capital Projects for Upstream and Construction expansion projects. • Assist Global Project Managers and Project Controllers with implementing best practices and best use of the Pacesetter Application.• Provides face to face training on the application's technical content to employees whom work in different disciplines across the company.• Updating and publishing training material for the Pacesetter technical manuals. • Maintain the knowledge database for the Tier 1 Support Analysts.• Support the Quality Assurance Team with testing application functionality.• Collaborate with the Global Training & Development Team to improve training content.• Developing a robust E-learning environment for the Pacesetter application.

Manage the Help Desk’s group email account as an administrator.• Monitor and track network outages for several facilities. Confer with different IT groups to find a solution for Network performance.• Diagnose and resolve Enterprise Software, Computer Image, and Hardware issues.• Log and track tickets into Remedy ticketing system. Executed reports in the Remedy system for performance issues.• Complete requests for password resets, lockouts and account setups in Active Directory and SAP.• Provide support for a range of customer inquiries including Tier 2 technical issues in systems such as VPN, VOIP, SQL Database Software, Java, and WAN Networks.• Provide strong leadership support to the Tier 1 Analysts in training on new troubleshooting steps and workflow procedures.• Contribute a significant amount of technical expertise to the Help Desk’s Knowledge-Base system according to ITIL provisions.• Contribute to the operations of the Help Desk self-service portal.• Manage the activities of 11 subordinates in the Help Desk, Local IT Support, and IT Projects groups.
