Executive Director - Total Rewards
CurrentResponsible for well-being, health/insurance and retirement benefits, compensation, absence management, workers compensation and educational assistance policies and practices for 8,500 coworkers and 8,000 retirees. Responsibilities in the new People and Culture organization (formerly Human Resources) include executive leadership as well as plan and policy strategy, design, competitiveness, negotiation, communication, implementation, administration and compliance for all total rewards plans and activities to drive achievement of CMS Energy and Consumers Energy's purpose: World Class Performance Delivering Hometown Service.
