I am also responsible for providing the Partner Executive management and oversight support of additional projects and their respective cost and earnings. In this role, I have also undertake financial functions to aid in the ANZ bank contract to perform financial analysis on incoming projects and provide recommendations to enhance business as usual operations and conduct project financial and costing analysis to aid managers in deciding whether or not to proceed with the incoming projects by leveraging problem-solving and analytical skills. I work to ensure that the team’s value was recognised and appreciated and not affected during the organisation’s major restructure. Additionally, I synthesise and analyse financial data including but not limited to budgets and income statement forecasts whilst considering the company’s goals. To reduce costs and improve the company’s finances, I developed alternatives and suggested courses of action.
