Hello, my name is Herb. I was born in the Philly area but grew up in Houston, Texas. Coming from a family primarily involved in heavy manufacturing, I developed a strong interest in factory processes early on. Over the past 13 years, I have dedicated my career to facilitating best practices and educating others on safety compliance. It brings me great satisfaction to ensure that regulations are upheld and followed diligently. Outside of work, I cherish my role as a husband and a father to two wonderful children. Our family also includes a lovable St Bernard named Jose. I consider myself a compliance geek, always eager to dive into safety reports and stay updated on regulatory interpretations. In my leisure time, I enjoy playing racquetball and cheering for my favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys.
