1. Plan, manage and monitor workshops, projects and developments2. Assure and control the quality of work and the materials to be used3. Conduct technical inspection / supervision - Coordinate with supervisor and foreman for inspection of all machineries.- Report recommendation to the manager / head- Supervise on-going projects.4. Manage and supervise technical manpower in different stages of works and others- Assuring the quality of work and implementing the work schedule- Coordination with other sections regarding related works- Maintain safety, health and good housekeeping at all times5. Preparation of documents - Reports, correspondence letters, memorandum, instructions and others (using Microsoft Office i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint)6. Handling Materials- Maintain and ensure the quality of materials to be used- Limit wastage / breakage of materials to minimum or reasonable level - Ensure that materials to be used are according to specifications (as per manufacture)7. Meetings - Attends and coordinates meeting between Safety, Management, Operation, Quality and other necessary meetings within the operation
