• To assist the General Manager on creating and leading the business growth.• To lead the Sales Department, Production Department, PPIC, Maintenance to meet the company objectives and target.• To coach and developing people.

•Reporting directly to President Director on the production and technology strategy.•Brought the capacity on line to meet domestic and export sales requirements.•Managing 10 engineers and 200 employees to meet operating plan budget on the material and machine efficiency performance.•Implementing Quality Assurance System in plant to make sure that the product is meeting the quality requirements.•Implementing Environmental Health and Safety Role in order to comply with the EHS regulation.•Making continuous improvement on machine, material efficiency and quality.•Implementing Six Sigma Quality Initiatives in the plant.

As Production Manager is managing the production activities ensuring that these meet the budgeted production plan. Worked together with the maintenance department on machine efficiency improvements, and preventive maintenance activities. Together with the Quality Department, established QC plans. Also developed and trained employees on the product processes, improved trouble shooting skills as well as implemented productivity improvement plans.
