-Manage 10-20 employees at any given time including project scope, building inspections, sub-contractors, and quality standards. -Oversee project managers while working additional projects to drive revenue and growth for the company. -Perform construction site pre-inspections and coordinate post- construction audits ensuring high quality and completeness. -Provide estimates for new projects and renovations. Provide blueprints, building plans and budgets. -Generate growth by referrals, marketing, and additional resources.

-Schedule and work with sub-contractors to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction during project scope.-Prepare and order all necessary materials by working with partners.-Seek creative solutions to construction problems while maintaining high customer expectations in a timely manner. -Layout and supervise commercial and residential framing, including the completion of cabinetry and trim carpentry.
