CurrentI am a partner in the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group with more than 40 years of experience. I am focused on the representation of condominiums, cooperatives, homeowners associations (HOAs) and purchases and sales of residential properties.I counsel clients in both day-to-day operations, including advising boards on election matters, as well as shareholder relations and disputes. I have counseled clients in updating and amending their governing documents and house rules. I have extensive experience negotiating contracts for of all aspects of construction projects of all sizes. I also work closely with the firm’s litigators on disputes arising among condo and co-op shareholders.Further, my work extends to the transactional side, including complex and innovative financings and borrowings, as well as the representation of both purchasers and sellers of residential properties.
