As the Front Desk Host & Community Liaison at our beautiful studio, I serve as the welcoming face and support system for our vibrant community of students, instructors, and guests. My role is centered around ensuring that every visit to The Castro Room is a seamless and enriching experience.From the moment the studio doors open, I oversee all aspects of daily operations—ensuring the space is ready to receive our students and guests with care and attention to detail. I provide on-site support for instructors before, during, and after their classes or events, making sure they have everything they need to deliver exceptional experiences.In addition to hosting, I assist with customer check-ins, membership and ticket sales, and respond to inquiries through email and phone. Behind the scenes, I contribute to CRM database management, maintain the studio’s welcoming environment, and handle operational tasks like cash management and light maintenance.At its heart, my role is about fostering connection and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where everyone feels supported and valued.
