Herbert Henry Krakue is passionate and driven, aiming to help the youth around him become self-sufficient in society. With a background in technology gaming has always been my place for solace and relaxation.This passion led to the creation of PlayProvince, a Ghanaian esports organization focused on strengthening Africa’s global position and reducing youth unemployment in Ghana. Since its founding in November 2020, PlayProvince has quickly become one of the top esports organizations in Ghana, particularly in FIFA esports, and has built a reputation for providing excellent infrastructure for its players, creators, and staff. Despite many challenges, PlayProvince has grown and achieved significant success, becoming a key name in Ghanaian esports.With over 30 tournament wins since its inception, PlayProvince represented Ghana in Istanbul during the Global Esports Games. Additionally, the female gamers, known as the PlayProvince Queens, formed the Ghanaian team for the Afro Arab Games in Saudi Arabia. Looking ahead, PlayProvince plans to establish an Esports Academy by the end of 2024, furthering their commitment to nurturing talent and providing opportunities for the youth.Besides PlayProvince, I, along with players nurtured within the organization, have established a tournament platform called Ultimate Battle. This platform hosts weekly community esports engagements to foster the consistent growth of esports and media content, raising awareness of the African esports ecosystem. Ultimate Battle offers opportunities for every game genre to compete at the highest level and also organizes and manages esports tournaments for various institutions. Our clients include 3Music TV, Enokay, Game Analyst, and we have streamed the eFIBA African qualifiers.
