In addition, coordinating the department's fiscal operations with both the Budget and Finance Departments within the City, preparing reports, forecasting expenditures, procedures and training on budget process, monitoring departmental budget appropriations and expenditures and advising management of overruns. Coached and trained two other department associates. Developed Excel reports and analysis to assist mamanagement in their current and future decision making. Assisted in the department's development in achieving the #1 Fleet status in the country in 2014.

Provided financial expertise to the (Fiber Optics and Nuclear Maintenance) construction job cost procession assist project management with the processes. And procedures of the construction project. Maintained construction project costs for consistency and accuracy, scheduling details and budgets. Professional level experience developing cost estimates, change order controls, p-card reconciliations and monthly review documents for management review. Managed all input and maintenance of all construction costs in Oracle Financials and Cobra computer systems. Obtain a "Q" clearance from the Department of Defense.

Administered mainframe computer accounting consolidation system(Walker G/L). Developed cost allocations, maintained chart of accounts and interfaced between manufacturing entries and computer programmers. Developed test scripts and utilized these scripts for Y2K Compliance Testing.
