In this position, I have two challenges: Project Manager of the AircraftIntegration team responsible to execute the design of modifications inaircrafts with the objective to integrate Brazilian Air Force (FAB)Tactical Secure Voice and Data Network System in legacy aircrafts andContract Manager for development and supply of a Software DefinedRadio at Israel. The contract have being performing at Israel by asubcontractor and includes the development of hardware and softwarewith transfer of technology to Brazil.- Managing a project budget over USD 25,000,000.00.- Managing a multidisciplinary team of more than 20 people, composedby engineers (mechanical, electronic and computing engineers) andtechnicians (electronic and mechanical) in Brazil.- Definition of budget and time schedule to perform the projects withlimited budget for the current year and the next.- Planning of projects deliverables and negotiations meetings directly withthe Client due to cost reductions imposed by Government Annual Budgetrestrictions during the project lifecycle.- Negotiations with the subcontractor at Israel to adequate the Israelideliverables, schedule and payment with the budget restrictions imposedby the Client for the main project.- Mapping and evaluation of the risks of projects in order to ensure thatthe team efforts and the project budget has been applied in products withearned value to Client and company’s shareholders.- Evaluation of KPI of Projects and make decisions about how to recoverthe performance of projects and communicate the results to companysenior manager and directors.- Elaboration of Technical Proposal to integrate the FAB Tactical SecureVoice and Data Network System in the new fighters aircraft bought byFAB for Program FX-2 with a Swedish company.- Adoption of Agile methodology, based on SCRUM, for the monitoringand management of activities in the area, acting as a Product Owner.

- Responsible for the technical solutions (hardware and software) andmanagement (schedule, risk evaluation and cost) of the Guidance Sectionof a 4th generation air-to-air missile.- Leading a multidisciplinary team of eight members, including electronics,mechanicals and software engineers, technicians and trainees.- Technical support for the Program Manager in negotiations with Clientin amendments of Contract due budget restrictions of Government.- Team Leader of Embedded Software Development Team of a 4thgeneration air-to-air missile. Managed a team of five software engineersand one intern.- Head of Hardware Development Team of a 4th generation air-to-air missile. Managed a team of three engineers and two technicians.

Designed and prototype various analog and digital control circuits andsystems. Projects included digital computers, power drivers, actuatorsand telemetry systems for air-to-air, air-to-ground and anti-tank missiles.Wrote and debugged Assembly and C codes for digital computers of air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles.

Wrote and debugged C codes for automotive radios. Those radiosequipped vehicles such as Ford Focus, Fiat Bravo and Australian FordRanger. Worked with teams all around the world, such as US, UK, India,Japan and China.
