As a part of the Retail Community/Industry, I have taken what I had learned from my prior career and applied the same approach to help motivate staff to reach their financial goals while giving customer a 'WOW' experience. By fine tuning procedures and leading by example I have been able to increase productivity while also creating a team atmosphere. While in the Health and Wellness Industry, my goal was helping clients reach their goals and adopt a healthier lifestyle. With 19 plus years in the fitness industry, I have seen fads come and go, but with a ‘keep it simple’ approach, I look to edu­cate my clients. I don't just show them what to do; I help them learn what to do. So, when the time comes to move for­ward, they will feel comfortable knowing they possess the infor­mation to do so. Weight management/loss, core strength, strength and conditioning, bone density/ osteoporosis, pre/post physical therapy, pre/post-natal, among other, are areas I stress.  Quality of life is very important; if your body is ready to handle everyday tasks, you are going to be a head of the game.  Be it individual or small groups, you will feel and see positive results. “Keep it simple!  Smile…life is too short”
