Projects included significant expansion of a hydroelectric plant, development of fossil fuel and renewable energy plants, master planning for the transmission system, and restructuring of the national utility. The Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative is a London-based organization sponsored by Mr. Blair that provides key management support at the highest levels of government in certain developing African nations.

Responsible for financial matters for an electric utility with $3.8 billion in revenues and $11 billion in assets. LIPA is a leader in clean energy, including solar, offshore wind, and energy efficiency programs.

CFO of integrated electrical utility with budget of over $1 billion and revenues of over $850 million. CFO staff of over 200. Responsibilities include core finance areas plus strategic planning, risk management, information technology, and corporate performance.
