I was the youngest of 7 siblings and we landed in a small town in Northern BC, where my Grandfather had owned and operated a local Chinese-Canadian café since the 1940’s.I started working in the café at 12 years old after school since it was a family business and we all 7 siblings contributed to the success of the café. My parents worked 15 hr days,7 days/week for over 20 years. This instilled in me the work ethic, perseverance, entrepreneurship, and dedication at a very young age to build the tools and habits I use now. After 25 years’ experience in the specialized hazardous waste business, I sold my leading hazardous waste company to the largest US publicly traded company in this space. This now gives me more opportunity to develop real estate investments that provide a holistic approach that align with my passion. With my energy and time, I wish to give back to the community and contribute to philanthropic projects. With other available time, I still take on various environmental consulting work that hopefully makes a difference in an environmentally sustainable way. I firmly believe sharing with others, and gratitude is the path to more gratitude.
