•Ensuring my store managers are up to date with their daily tasks and risk compliances.•Responsible for 5 stores totalling 24k sq feet, 5 managers, 4 assistant managers and 12 sales staff.•Partaking in regular board meetings with the owner directors of the business and feeding back the performance of my area. This is my opportunity to provide my expertise as a sales expert.•Liaising with the purchasing department and introducing a previous business partner, helping Floors 4 you to secure a successful deal through my negotiations.•A great emphasis is placed on staff development, encouraging staff to work towards becoming future managers. This is achieved via regular performance reviews.•Approach the role as a leader in order to motivate staff in driving sales and achieving their individual targets. This ultimately helps ensure I achieve my overall area target. •Involved with the recruitment process helping my managers hire suitable candidates.
