More than 25 years in the catering and event planning space. I founded Herbs & Spices in March of 2000. Herbs & Spices grew to an $800,00 grossing company providing full-service catering and event planning services to organizations and individuals throughout the Bay Area. Manage a staff of 6 full-time employees and 20 plus part-time staff. Managed all aspects of events from the food service to the flowers, rentals, decorations, themes, and more. Having a small business all aspects of the operations are the responsibility of the owner from accounting to payroll, sales, and marketing, hiring and managing staff, paying bills, and working on budgets.
