Our program, the 1-year Master of Science in Business, provides non-technical undergraduates with fundamental business skills to give them the knowledge and confidence to succeed, whether in the public or private sectors, and in both for-profit or non-profit enterprises. I taught Quantitative Analysis and Communications for 4 years, covering basic theory and practice across a range of topics from Probability and Statistics to Regression Analysis to Decision Tools, and giving students the essential tools, knowledge and practice to confidently use quantitative information to solve business problems and communicate quantitative information effectively. In the Spring Semester 2017 I taught a comprehensive introduction to Leadership to experienced business professionals in the Master of Science in Management program, blending an exploration of various leadership theories with case studies and discussion of practical application in business.Additionally, from 2014-2022 I team-taught the Capstone Project where we introduced students to the McKinsey Consulting methodology and guided them through a management consulting engagement solving real business problems for local companies that contracted with us.
