Responsibilities increased from the previous role to include process development (cell line, upstream, downstream, and conjugation process development). Continued responsibilities for process validation, tech transfer, and process analytics (data management and visualization) as well as CMC Lead.

Led team responsible for integrating internal and external process tech transfer across all antibody drug conjugate (ADC) components (e.g. antibody, drug substance, drug product), building process validation procedures, and driving improved process analytics. CMC Lead for late stage internal ADC candidate responsible for cross-functional strategy, integration and navigation of technical and regulatory considerations.

Led a small team that developed and supported clinical phase conjugation processes including novel ADC payloads. Technical lead for licensed partner programs as well as oversight of development for internal lead ADC candidate.

Responsible for the development of conjugation and purification processes for ADC molecules as well as tech transfer to support clinical manufacturing. Evaluated and helped implement new technology (e.g. single use technology, membrane chromatography) in manufacturing.
