ClearShift is a cleaner, more sustainable specialty products company. We convert major pollution sources such as flare gas, methane, and industrial carbon dioxide (“CO2”) into ultra-pure, environmentally friendly products that are used every day. Our proprietary GTL process consumes less water and less energy per gallon than legacy oil-based products and produces no by-products such as sulfur or tar. ClearShift is reducing the world’s carbon emissions, reducing our reliance on oil, and helping us all become more sustainable. Our products include solvents, mineral spirits, and GTL waxes that target multiple end markets, including personal care, agriculture, food additives, HI&I, and paints and coatings. Our plants are currently operating in West Texas and North Dakota and are expanding across North America.

Responsible to develop and grow the engineering and project management team from a startup environment to a more mature organizational structure. Leading all CAPEX and OPEX projects to support the growth and goals of the company. Executing with a major EPC contractor to develop a FEED package for future large plant.

Directly reporting to the CEO and President of Bilfinger North America. Oversee the engineering operation and EPC project division consisting of engineers and project managers with several engineering regional/site offices. Lead the technical development and footprint for engineering in North America. Expand exposure in primary industry sector including oil and gas, consumer, food and beverage, industrial warehouse and packaging. Responsible for the P&L, budget and Cost for the department.

Provide leadership and strategic direction for the engineering and project management group reporting directly to the CEO. Develop and institute project management procedures to provide governance and transparency for cost, schedule and capital project. Lead the effort to scale up the Gas to Liquid (GTL) R&D/Start-up company environment to a mature organization in order to transition from pilot/demonstration plant to commercialization. Directly managed the EPC, vessel/module fabricator and directed the detail engineering.

Part of the executive team as Director of Engineering and reporting directly to the COO. Manage project that includes gas plants (NGL, Fractionation, Amine, Cryo, Distillation, Compressor Stations) and pipeline, well pad connections. Engineering support for midstream gas processing assets in Texas and Louisiana. Responsible for the Engineering, Project Management, Construction, and Asset Integrity group. Responsible to develop project management execution capability including project controls, CAPEX budget forecasting and contracting strategy. Meet Turn to Sales requirement for upstream Exco and 3rd Party owners Shale gas drilling well schedule on well connects and pipeline laterals.
