Herbert P. White, MBA, FHFMA, Chief Financial Officer – Hunterdon Health System. Mr. White is an approachable executive leader and trusted business partner to the Leadership Team and Board. He has a demonstrated ability to identify and drive financial, operational and strategic decisions that generate cost savings, increase revenue and guide overall strategy. Mr. White has held leadership roles in a rapidly changing environment, increasing market share in the local service area as well as the regional market. During his tenure at Temple Health, Mr. White has played a leadership role in 9 acquisitions, 5 start-ups, collaborated on the consolidation of 4 companies, divestiture of 3, and closure of 2. He has deep experience in financial reporting, financial planning & budgeting, business intelligence, treasury, government & payer strategy, revenue cycle, medical records & appeals. Mr. White holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LaSalle University, a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance with an emphasis on portfolio theory from Temple University, and is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mr. White has held Board positions including past Chairman of Philadelphia International Medicine, Board Member of Temple University Health System’s Center for Population Health, Finance Committee and a Board Member of Health Partners Plans of Philadelphia. Mr White is a founding Board Member of Core Solutions, Inc., a behavioral health EHR company, and a founding Board member of Philadelphia’s Korean Cultural Foundation.
