I have been dedicating to a Formula SAE project that I started 3 years ago, studying and working to improve leadership and solve problems that our team encountered along the way. All this time I was able to prove to myself and my team, that no matter the challenge or difficulty in our way, we as a team, have all the potential to solve it the best possible way, because this is engineering and this is what we do. In this time, I was able to experience everything that I love about engineering, the challenges' day after day, think, design, testing, break, improve and finally do it better, learn with other people, how to listen to them, guide, interact, recognize their skills and know how to use it for better productivity. Besides being able to design and build a race car, which brings me knowledge in CAD, FEA, CFD and CAM software’s like ANSYS, Siemens NX, Solidworks, Cimatron and others, I’ve also learned about planning, cost, decision-making, resources, manufacture, communication and people management. My focus is to learn how to be a great leader, I am passionate about challenges, new experiences, working as a team, have a project, make it done and get improved.
