Operations Manager
Current- Develop and monitor departmental and individual goals, objectives and growth to improve plant performance.- Plan, develop and install new Industry 4.0 technology and concepts for the improvement of manufacturing capability, cost and quality.- Provide the atmosphere and leadership for safety, quality, productivity, inventory performance.- Utilize analytical skills for problem solving and decision making.- Coordinate all projects and production programs in using tools such as PVL Excelence System and Continuous Improvement Framework.- Plan, select, appraise and develop personnel in support of the plant objectives and in line with corporate processes and expectations.- Clearly communicate the progress of major plant activities to Plant Manager and Staff.- Implement and/or support all programs that will achieve a prescribed production improvement.
