I give instruction and programs of project priorities to civil subcontractor’s managers, supervisors that should be completed on specified time.- Responsible for site construction activities starting with soil investigations, contamination investigations , finishing process & supervising the subcontractors works accordingly.- Check and evaluate subcontractor's current status within his work area.- Check the work progress status of responsible area and assure that the work conforms to all technical requirements.- Coordinate work execution in my area with other concerned engineers.

Construction of 38 Km Bazian-Qaradax road with 98 culvert concrete and pipes culvert and slab bridges. The value of project was 15000000 $.Responsibilities include:• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project. • Prepares, supervises and approves the development of PEP [from construction point of view], and its implementation plus ensuring Lessons Learned are properly documented through out the life of the project including Project Close-out • Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction in conformance with project specifications, scope of work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule. • Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner. • Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented • Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures. • Make sure safety standards are observed through out the whole project.

Execution of 15000 square meter landscape in center of the city recognized as landscape of the year. This project used the most modern technology and most automatic irrigation systems and included 2500 square meter walkway( stamp concrete).Beside this project, I was in charge to fill out tender documents for 25 kilo meter median roads with the value of 18 million dollars. This was a huge success.

We built 135 schools, 59 clinics, and 175 staff houses in the Sulaymaniyah Governorate with a budget of $58,000,000.I started as Site Engineering of a small part of the project and was promoted to Construction Manager within 5 months. This project was part of UN global projects to be implemented in all Kurdistan region.My main responsibilities:- 15 hours daily inspection of the project based on different zones to give report of the project progress to senior management and to resolve technical issues on time.- Schedule weekly programs to the zone responsible and do necessary follow-ups.
