Own and deliver larger and more complex orders from receiving a brief, speaking with customers to understand their brand, through to creation of concepts, proofing and uploading to the website. • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts when needed by customers. • Working efficiently within the team to provide a seamless service to customers through a variety of communication channels and within set standards and KPI’s. • Support, mentor and inspire other members of the team. • Having an in-depth knowledge of advertising standards and compliance. • Working closely with our Customers and Account Managers, to deliver expert branding and advertising support; arranging design consultations to discuss and elevate brands from a range of sectors, including estate agency, new homes developers, overseas and third party customers.• Helping Management by contributing thoughts and ideas for bespoke projects from and trialling new processes. • Proactively and constructively contributing ideas and challenging the team processes where potential improvements have been identified. • Keeping up to date with the latest design trends. • Keep up to date with property industry knowledge to understand, empathise and be proactive with our customers drive for creative changes.• Working on brand specific projects when required by the wider business.

• Creating branded elements including brand guidelines, social media posts and stationery.• Collaborating ideas and working closely with the Art Director to advise and elevate the brand.

• Reformatting a 500 page US recipe book to meet the UK Royal print format and ensuring all guides, text and images maintain a strong level of consistently • Communicating with the project editor / production team and meeting the agreed set deadlines• Updating the US front cover with new copy to suit the UK edition• Designing the inside cover and creating an online sampler showcasing a selection of recipes and key sales information
