Researching and testing the grounds for a more standardized Social Media Marketing Service for Small Medium businesses in the Faroe Islands.

Responsibility for EnergiMidts (now Eniig) Online Road-map with complete overview of all online endeavours in the company, as well as serving as a company-wide sparring partner on possible future online initiatives. Also coordination of online marketing activities across the companies different markets.Responsibility for Customer Self-service portal, with approximately +50.000 users at the time. As well as initiating work for a large re-modelling of the same system in 2014 with the aim to be one of the best Self-service portals in the Electricity supply, Solar-panels, and Broadband/TV solutions industry.Project Manager, with main focus on UX & Usability, when a new checkout flow for EnergiMidt (Waoo!) Fibernet business was developed.Drastically reducing the required steps for completing an order from 12 to 3, and due to more automatic processes increasing the amount of transactions with over 200%. After launch, I was Product Owner and activly working with Conversion Optimization, Reporting and overall management of the checkout flow.Responsibility for Social Media activities with tasks such as developing a Social Media Ambition and Strategy for EnergiMidt as well as growing the Facebook fan-base with over 200% in one year.Active role in the project group involved a large scale complete re-make of EnergiMidts website during 2014 in cooperation with external partners.
