► This position didn’t exist before me. I manage myself to position quickly in the company.► I am the single point between Chile and the other countries to specify ERP modifications or BI report specifications. Also, the best contact for ERP Super Users to execute projects and updates to the systems. I must ensure that the quality of the specification is reflecting what happens in the real business processes in order to maintain the integrity of the data. Today we run a project to implement Tableau.► I promoted the intercontinental integration of processes - i.g. Project of Sales Forecasting and Consumption of Raw Materials. This requirement was designed and executed with the heads of each of the areas.► I managed and promoted the use of business intelligence tools. Starting with the creation of the first DataMart for exploitation by the internal client. The internal client felt satisfied to stop relying on 100% of the IT area - It becomes more autonomous and empowered with information.► I created time web counters (KPIs), to control how much time it takes the documental process in each of steps defined for the business and to detect bottlenecks in the flow of information. This allowed to improve processing times. Health area is part of the Regional Government, dedicated to the improvement of the health service in the clinics of Puerto Montt city.►We developed and implement a software that included the entire process of patient care, from taking a medical appointment, to the patient's own care, including medication withdrawals. This allowed a better administration of this information. We also was in charge of documentation, training and improvements.► We executed a migration project to "Free Software" in 90% of the computer equipment of the health centers, where Ubuntu, Debian and compatible free software were installed.► Creation and implementation of a software for Android doing data extraction through WS, SOAP protocol. The software delivered online reports on the phone of the data of the software installed in the clinics.► Software used: PHP, Android SDK, MySQL, Postgres, Windows and Linux operating systems, Active directory, Samba.
