► Reporting directly to Logistics and Planning Manager► Preparing and controlling department reports► Ensure the inventory accuracy for the total stocks of the plant► Controlling the stock entry and exit transections and take necessary actions in the failing places► Checking whether the relevant material is available at the appropriate address► Managing all periodic counting and scrap processes in accordance with current regulations► Responsible for all logistics budgeting and cost follow up► Check and approve the price efficiency of invoices received by the factory for all kinds of logistic service procurement,► Management of monthly and annual inventory counts in the warehouse► Manages and executes training, developing and succession planning for logistics management teams► Follow-up and control of the preparation processes for domestic and international documents of goods acceptance, return, sales processes in accordance with the procedures► Ensure that the quantities and deadlines are fulfilled to customers by considering cost-optimized and most convenient transport method► Ensure the implementation of innovative ideas by leading suggestions and Kaizen studies► Ensure the reliability of the Information System and set the logistics parameters► Monitoring the accuracy and reliability of the vehicle tracking system► Provide the necessary coordination for safe and timely communication of the delivery information that needs to be forwarded to Foreign Trade and Customs Consultancy units,► Manage the annual, monthly and daily operations of the shipment plans in accordance with the loading capacities determined depending on the equipment, manpower and shift order of the factory► Monitoring changes in orders and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with the procedure► Follow-up and control of logistics activities of subcontract processes

► Liaise with Supply Chain Director and International-Domestic Logistics Managers for delivery planning, logistic spot purchasing, and foreign trade processes about all types of transportation (Land, Sea,Air,Rail)► Manage inbound/outbound logistics operations i.e. transportation or warehouse,safety performance,logistics quality management► Involve in the preparation of the total logistics strategy with optimum cost► Oversee the annual and monthly operation process of the delivery plans according to the quantities of S&OP within the framework of the loading capacity by the equipment, labour force,shift arrangements ► On-site leadership for the conventional ship loading and container stuffing as well as the car loading operations in the TCDD station sites► Contact International and Domestic logistics service providers, update logistic service procurement agreements in according to changing quantity dynamics, and survey whether they comply with the national or international regulations► Provide the necessary coordination for safe and timely communication of the delivery information that needs to be forwarded to Foreign Trade/Customs Consultancy units► Prepare the technical specifications for all logistics service procurements and perform the standardization operations► Contribute to the operations with the Domestic and International Port administrations and recommend opinions and suggestions about the procurement of services► Follow up the KPIs of the logistic service providers► Evaluate assessments for accidents, damages, and losses related to transportation► Check and approve the price efficiency of invoices received by the factory for all kinds of logistic service procurements► Determine the need for equipment in line with the annual transport budget,plan investment plan► Complete the reports in time and submit to the Auditors► Drive the process of business quality and guidance for the subcontracting company management and responsibility areas

► Overhaul entire export OEM and OES sales and deliveries of companies in automotive sector(Germany, Spain, France...etc)► Participate in the operations on the creation of overseas customer distribution channels► Plan the delivery volumes and frequencies based on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) data coming from customers and making the necessary shipment organizations► Control the stock levels in warehouses/consignment warehouses overseas and organization of on-time delivery to final customers► Inspect monthly supplier performance evaluation reports and implementing corrective action activities to improve or maintain the required performance levels► Arrange the shipment requests from the sales management offices and making the necessary plans► Participation in logistics models simulation activities for different locations and potential customers,► Instant tracking of meeting the daily vehicle demands► Determine monthly prices within the scope of the contract► Check the freight invoice and entering them into the system► Communicate with factory loading points► Carry out shipping budgets, preparing periodical reports about the work

► Engage in the factory set-up: Responsible for purchasing, logistics tracking and installation of the machines to be installed in the factory, Accompany the Spanish executives during the construction process and translate the plotting’s and projects into Spanish, Support for technical Spanish translation and correspondence during the installation processes of submerged arc welding machines (Gestamp), sending-metalising (Clemco International) and paint booths (Geinsa) and training. Take care of the Spanish operators’ demands and problems outside the factory.► Participate in the Warehouse Department: Compare and check the invoices and product certificates of finished, semi-finished and raw materials, and do the instructor to the staff who will perform the storage in the warehouse, Verify the distribution of consumables coming for different units of the institution to the relevant departments, Define all products and materials in the warehouse and control the applicability of the "FIFO" principle.► Play a part in the Purchase and Logistics Department: Contact the supplier companies based on the quantity, qualifications, date of demand and similar details of the materials, and assess the approval process of necessary documents between the institution and suppliers, Gather the report created by comparing the product quality, cost, and delivery dates to the approval of department manager and factory manager, Register the offers and purchase orders between the institution and suppliers on the SAP program and enter the location, date and quantity of delivery as well as the necessary documents.► Organize the drafts for the instructions and forms of Warehouse and Purchase – Logistics. Present them to the Department Manager and get them to define in the quality management system upon approval.
