Primary responsible for strategic, tactical and operational quality planning.Responsibility for ensuring that all product delivering to customers meet customer requirements. This responsibility is achieved by giving ultimate acc/rej authority to quality assurance. The Quality Assurance Manager establishes, publishes and maintains policies and procedures relative to the scope of the quality assurance activity.

Ensure the QMS effectively implemented by developing, implementing and improving process based on risk associated with the business to enhance customer satisfaction. :1. Ensure effectiveness of implementation of a system of processes within the organization2. Controlling of NCR/CPAR and ensuring corrective / preventive actions are taken.3. Conducting Internal Quality Audit Level 24. Educate and train QMS Essential and Skills for supervisor level in HO and coordinate with project if they need support 5. Ensuring and promoting the effectiveness of QMS through the use of OFI and newsletter

• Responsibility for quality objective achievement• Ensuring Client quality requirements are complied with• Monitoring all management system : engineering, procurement, comercial departement to achievement Project Quality Objective• Liaison with Client on all Quality aspects of the projects• Completion of the Project Quality Plan• Ensure implementation of subcontractor Quality Plans throughout the Projects• Co-ordination of all Quality Control and Inspection activities• Resolve any Quality related problems that may arise• Attend external audits when required• Participate/carry out Vendor Project Audits as per the Audit Schedule (in conjunction with the Quality Manager) • Attend external audits when required• Co-ordinate compilation and review of final documentation• Co-ordinate/assist in development of Quality requirements on Subcontracts and Procurement packages (pre/post award)• Inspection of Material/Products at Vendor Sites• Supplier Specific Audits and Surveillance Visits• Compilation of Quality content of tender submissions in collaboration with Quality Lead• Management of nonconformity through Opportunity For Improvement (OFI) Process and Synergi Database
