• Maintaining the Core connection between PT Fastrata Buana 6 Sub-Business Unit Company including Kapal Api Global as Holding Company and also with the Principle of PT Fastrata Buana.• Partner with IT functional teams and architects to create scalable, manageable, and predictable virtualised cloud and on-premise server, network connectivity, and datacentre infrastructure• Ensure network and security infrastructures are well-provisioned and ready for major application and product migrations.• Strengthen our data center's IT network and security infrastructure through simplified implementation of DevOps/DevNet automation strategies.• Respond to alerts and faults generated by monitoring systems and cyber security platforms, such as Solarwinds, TrendMicro XDR and NDR• Coordinate with the Regional IT staff team around Indonesia to improving services in accordance with company needs, priorities, and SLAs.• Coordinate with subcon and vendors for maintenance and installation of new branches• Configure, implement and support layer 2 and layer 3 switches, wireless components, VPNs, internet system management, and other related infrastructure elements.

• Securing network environment by monitoring and troubleshooting checkpoint network firewall. Supporting L1 and L2 for rules or policies request and implementation to/from internal PLA or Regional Technology Team.• Supporting L1 and L2 PLA network system by performing network monitoring, troubleshooting network issues, escalating problems to third party vendor or regional team, creating and maintaining network documentations.• Securing user access connection by maintaining proxy web access and F5 BigIP VPN, including basic troubleshooting.• Performing installations, maintenances, and evaluations PLA network devices and system.• Handling PLA voice environment by installing and troubleshooting AVAYA ip telephony devices and billing budget request.• Coordinate with Release and Project Management team for any requirement for changes and manage trouble ticketing.• Support L1 and L2 by maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting NICE recording.
