Main goals Successful migration of physical server infrastructure to a virtual environment in the cloud, using Microsoft Azure. This include Active Directory servers, ERP servers and file servers.IT Projects: Automation and improvement of processes using the SharePoint platform. Improve company's processes of different areas such as: Supply Chain, Social Responsibility, Administration and Human Resources. Modeling company’s processes using BPM (Business Process Management) methodology in order to have a map of processes and seek continuous improvement. Management of IT help desk service, using a service management tool created in Sharepoint for better incident tracking, resource efficiency for the benefit of users and performance indicators. Reduction in man-hours by redesigning and implementing new main processes of the company, such as: Help Desk Service (IT area), purchase/service orders (Supply Chain Management), accounts payable (Accounting and Treasury)

Project: Property Administration Management for Norwegian company * The project, which lasted 3 years, mainly covered the development of the following modules/processes: Property management, Contract management, Finance module - loan/mortgage, Accounting module, Customer management, Billing, Reporting.* MS C#.net, CSLA.net, MS SQL Server 2005 and DevExpress components were used for the development of this project. n-tier architecture and design patterns; To facilitate code writing, DevExpress, CodeRush, and CodeSmith were used for code generation.* We worked together with Norwegian developers using MS Team Foundation Server collaboration and use SCRUM methodology for the project.

• Analysis, development and implementation of the infrared image capture and analysis system, multiplexed in time, used in the implementation of the Shooting Simulator for the Peruvian Army, Peruvian Navy, and IGLA Anti-Aircraft Missile for the Peruvian Air Force• Development of the IGLA missile test bench project for the Peruvian Air Force, containing real-time and asynchronous signal capture systems, and signal replicator systems using specialized equipment via RS232 and GPIB (IEE488) interfaces.• Tools and programming language used: Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, Microsoft Visual Studio .Net (C# y Visual Basic .Net), Borland Delphi, Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
