As Sr Manufacturing Manager reporting to the Sr Director of Operations, North America, responsible for the management of all manufacturing activities within manufacturing partners or owned facilities in North AmericaResponsibilities• Lead internal and external teams within the manufacturing facilities to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and production efficiency/output against KPIs• Identify potential manufacturing risks, and failure modes throughout product development and in production, driving corrective actions• Develop, improve, and implement processes and procedures to improve the use of labor, materials, and equipment• Structure and drive lean projects or kaizens• Collaborate with internal and external compliance and safety personnel to ensure facilities meet product and regulatory requirements• Oversee deployment and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment regionally• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and vendors to proactively identify and address potential manufacturing issues during new product development• Support cross-functional teams with relevant new product development project issues• Recruit, hire, onboard, and lead new team members as required to meet objectives

In charge of three different production lines, Laboratory, Warehouse, Purchasing and Process Engineering. I´m in charge of 45 people.

In charge of projects as Sanyo, Cooper Tools, Borg Wagner and Logitech.I developed myself as a quoter for Guadalajara’s Plant, where were won several projects with companies such as Xerox, Hughes and Borg Warner among others.

I coordinated several projects for General Electric, HP and Alpha. I managed the project for General Electric (Fan Pack), where the challenge was to combine the different injection processes as over molding, insert molding and assembly line with different processes as soldering and magnetizing. I served as a customer point of contact, checking specifications, materials, production and shipment..

- I performed the position of project leader for HP, Cisco Systems, Nokia, Xerox and Siebe including more than 100 molds.- I participated in a project for Nokia, making the mold design review and evaluated the capability of injection molds in Singapore.- I identified the need of process documentation, for which I developed a Database for Process Sheets in File Maker and another Engineering Sheet in Access.
