I started in the technology area in 1991 and since then I have been learning and growing in it, initially as a CLT, later as a PJ (self-employed) and today I work as a technical leader of a promising teamI was technical support, teacher, programmer, analyst, DBA and, finally, I became full stackAs a developer, I learned compiled and interpreted languages, developed for desktop and web, worked with SQL and NoSQL databases, studied and implemented algorithms focused on the balance between security and performance, and definitely adopted Linux as my work and leisure environmentAs a self-employed person, in addition to systems analysis and development, I learned to acquire, serve, negotiate and charge clients and to assume and manage risksAs a technical leader I learned more about standardization and automation aimed at team cohesion, increasing general productivity, reducing errors and controlling and prioritizing demands and, the most unusual thing, managing a team! (anyone who works in the area knows how difficult it can be to take the exclusive focus off technology and also deal with people, and this has been the most recent and rewarding challenge)
